Simple operation? That's simple and safe!
In this method, we take asbestos-containing materials such as corrugated iron roofs, roof slates, drainage and rainwater pipes, sills and more. As this is bonded asbestos - where the fibres are firmly embedded in the material - the risk of fibre release is minimal. As long as we remove the asbestos-containing material neatly and undamaged (and of course we do), everything remains safe and under control. In short: a safe approach for simple asbestos jobs, with an eye for precision.
Hermetic zone? Tightly packed, safely tackled!
When dealing with loose-bound asbestos - where there is a higher risk of fibre release - we switch to our speciality: the hermetic zone. This approach is perfect for removing, for example, asbestos-containing pipe insulation, plaster, soft, porous asbestos boards and more. In this method, the remediation area is completely sealed with plastic sheeting and then put into negative pressure. This allows air to enter only, and not out. Thus, no asbestos fibres can escape to the rest of the building or the surrounding area. Meanwhile, the air inside the zone is filtered and refreshed. Because with loose asbestos, care is not a choice, but a must!

Asbestos after a fire? We ensure a clean and safe building again!
Having to deal with a fire? That's really annoying. Because in addition to smoke and debris, it can also pose hidden dangers, such as asbestos - especially in older buildings. Materials containing asbestos can be damaged during a fire and spread fibres, increasing the risk of exposure. After a fire, you have come to the right place at Devagro for safe clearance, with extra attention to the proper removal and disposal of any debris containing asbestos. We arrive on site quickly, assess the situation and ensure safe, careful clearance. This allows reconstruction to start quickly and without worries.
Asbestos certificate in hand? Time for action!
Since the end of 2022, the asbestos certificate has been compulsory when selling pre-2001 houses and buildings in Flanders. This attestation indicates whether asbestos is present in the property, where it is located and its condition. It is a crucial step in making Flanders asbestos-safe by 2040.
For you as an owner, this means that an asbestos expert will come by to thoroughly inspect your home/premises. Is asbestos found? Then it's time for action. Don't panic - Devagro to the rescue! We ensure safe, smooth and correct removal, all in accordance with the rules.
